In eastern Gangwon and the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, strong gusts reaching 70 km/h (up to 90 km/h in mountainous areas) are expected from the morning of the 28th.
The dryness will somewhat ease as rain falls in the central region and Jeju on March 1st.
From dawn to daytime on March 1st, rain (or rain and snow in mountainous areas) is expected in Jeju, with occasional rain or snow in eastern Gyeonggi and western Gangwon in the morning. Light rain will also fall in the morning in Seoul and other parts of the metropolitan area except eastern Gyeonggi.
