Lotte Construction Vice Chairman Park Hyun-chul held a town hall meeting with MZ generation employees on the 23rd at the Korea Knowledge Center located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On the 27th, Lotte Construction announced, "Vice Chairman Park promised to foster a flexible organizational culture while engaging in conversations with them."
Since his inauguration, Vice Chairman Park has worked to promote mutual communication among executives and employees and to create a horizontal communication environment. View original imageAt the town hall meeting, Vice Chairman Park conducted a "100 Questions and 100 Answers" session with 12 employees in their 20s and 30s working at headquarters and on-site. He emphasized the importance of a corporate culture created together by executives and employees in a relaxed atmosphere.
Vice Chairman Park said, "Rather than one-sided communication, I will frequently create opportunities for free communication like today, where ideas that break stereotypes and erase boundaries can emerge. I look forward to the fresh perspectives of juniors who will become the core pillars of the company and want to support their future endeavors."
