Korea Citi Bank Provides $200 Million Syndicated Financing to Hanamicron
Utilization as Overseas Investment Resources
Korea Citibank will provide a loan of 200 million dollars (approximately 260.5 billion KRW) to support Hanamicron's overseas investment.
On the 24th, Korea Citibank announced that it signed a syndicated loan agreement with Hanamicron the previous day. As the sole lead manager, Korea Citibank, together with the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation, will provide Hanamicron with a total syndicated loan of 200 million dollars (a medium- to short-term loan provided by a consortium of multiple financial institutions).
The support amount will be used as investment resources for the facilities of Hanamicron's Vietnam subsidiary, a semiconductor post-processing company.
