Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 4,436 Units in March
Ten mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 4,436 housing units in March.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 24th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing sales plans for March, 10 companies will supply a total of 4,436 units across 12 projects.
This represents an increase of 3,260 units compared to last month (1,176 units) and a decrease of 4,668 units compared to the same month last year (9,104 units).
In the metropolitan area, 1,177 units will be supplied. Specifically, Incheon will have the largest supply with 1,049 units, followed by ▲Seoul with 96 units ▲Gyeonggi with 32 units.

In the provinces, 3,259 units will be supplied. The distribution is ▲Chungbuk 1,474 units ▲Gwangju 815 units ▲Chungnam 411 units ▲Daegu 240 units ▲Busan 207 units, in that order.
