Jangheung County Office Officials Practice Neighborly Love with 'Hansarang' Donation Fund Sharing
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] About 200 public officials in Jangheung-gun, Jeonnam, are joining forces by participating in the ‘Hansarang’ sharing donation to help neighbors in need in the region.
According to the county on the 14th, the ‘Hansarang’ sharing donation, which started in 2010, is accumulated by public officials under the Jangheung-gun Office who contribute a desired amount monthly.
The accumulated funds are used for living expenses, housing environment improvement, and medical support for vulnerable groups in the region, including those in welfare blind spots.
A county official said, “We are grateful to the Jangheung-gun public officials who take the initiative for local residents,” adding, “It will be a great help to neighbors in need.”
