Busan Opera House and International Art Center Service Bid Announcement
Professional Venue Name, Vision, Strategy, Brand, Slogan, Character
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Busan City, following last year's decision on the operational systems of Busan Opera House and Busan International Art Center, is now promoting a brand development project including institution naming, business strategy, image, slogan, and character to prepare for the official opening.
The main contents of the ‘Busan Opera House·Busan International Art Center Brand Development’ project include ▲development of brand image and slogan ▲development of brand name ▲development of ticket, pamphlet, and brand utilization packages along with proposals for photo zones inside and outside the performance halls ▲development of applied designs, all aimed at creating a unified image between the operating institution and the two specialized performance venues.
This brand development will present a vision embodying the institution’s core values and, together with business promotion strategies to realize the vision, will propose photo zones, tourism products linked with surrounding facilities, and outdoor event development. Through the development of promotional package products, it is expected to enhance recognition as a world-class performance venue and also be utilized as a method to secure sustainable funding for the operation of the performance halls.
The deadline for submitting proposals for the project bid is by 5 p.m. on the 20th. Once the contractor is selected through evaluation and negotiation, the plan is to complete the project by the end of this year through ▲kick-off meeting (March) ▲formation of an advisory committee composed of experts and collection of citizen opinions ▲interim report meeting (July) ▲production of promotional strategies and utilization methods ▲final report meeting (October).
