Gwangju Dong-gu Announces Call for Providers of 'Gwangju-Daum Integrated Care Service'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 13th that it is calling for applications for institutions to provide the ‘Gwangju-daum Integrated Care Service,’ which residents in need of care due to illness, accidents, or disabilities can use with peace of mind.
Through this call, Dong-gu plans to select institutions capable of operating Gwangju Metropolitan City's seven major care services: ▲household support such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry ▲meal support including nutritional meals ▲accompaniment support to hospitals ▲safety support such as creating a safe living environment ▲residential convenience and district autonomous projects such as simple repairs and disinfection ▲emergency hospital accompaniment for sick children ▲after-school library elementary care, and provide services starting from April.
Eligible applicants are institutions or organizations established in the Gwangju area for social welfare purposes, including social welfare corporations, non-profit corporations and organizations, and those with the expertise and personnel necessary for entrusted operation. However, for district autonomous projects, the area is limited to Dong-gu.
Institutions or organizations wishing to apply must prepare the related documents specified in the announcement on the Dong-gu Office website and submit them in person to the Integrated Care Division by the 22nd.
