Seoyeon E-Hwa Invests 37.9 Billion KRW in U.S. Subsidiary
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Seoyon E-hwa announced on the 10th that it will invest approximately 37.9 billion KRW in its U.S. automobile parts manufacturing subsidiary, Seoyon E-hwa Manufacturing Savannah.
This amount represents 5.43% of its equity capital, and the ownership stake will become 100% after the investment.
