Doosan Supports Turkey Earthquake Recovery with $1 Million Construction Equipment Aid
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Doosan Group announced on the 8th that it will support Doosan Bobcat construction equipment worth 1 million USD (approximately 1.2 billion KRW) to assist relief and recovery efforts at the earthquake disaster site in Turkey.
The construction equipment will be delivered through local dealers to be used for rapid rescue operations and infrastructure restoration. The supported equipment includes skid loaders and excavators used for removing and transporting debris, as well as portable generators and lighting equipment to be utilized at sites with difficult power supply.
A Doosan official said, "We hope the equipment will be immediately deployed at the disaster site to provide practical help in relief activities and be used for future recovery efforts."
