The inauguration ceremony was attended by about 300 people, including key union figures such as Kim Dong-myeong, Chairman of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, Kim Hyun-jin, Chairman of the Public Officials Labor Union Federation, Jeong Jin-yong, Chairman of the Gyeongnam Headquarters of the Korean Labor Union Federation, as well as Kim I-geun, Chairman of the Changwon City Council, city council members, and union members.
