Recruitment of 15 New Aerobics Participants on a First-Come, First-Served Basis Starting from the 25th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hwasun-gun, Jeonnam announced on the 27th that it is recruiting 15 new participants on a first-come, first-served basis from the 25th for the ‘Obesity Escape Aerobics Class with Hanbang (Korean Traditional Medicine)’ targeting local residents struggling with obesity prevention and management.
The ‘Obesity Escape Aerobics Class with Hanbang (Korean Traditional Medicine)’ involves exercises to strengthen cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength under the guidance of a professional aerobics instructor, along with education on the efficacy and consumption methods of Hanbang tea.
This class, operated by the Health Promotion Office of the Public Health Center, is divided into the first half (February 7 to April 13) and the second half (September 5 to November 2), and is held twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
