A Lotte GRS official stated, “Due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, difficulties in logistics supply and increases in logistics and labor costs continue as internal and external challenges. Although overall sales have increased, profitability is decreasing due to cost burdens. Therefore, the headquarters has inevitably decided to adjust sales prices to support mutual growth with franchise stores and protect the interests of small business owners.”
