K Bank Adam Loan and Jeonse Loan Interest Rates Cut by Up to 0.64%P
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] K Bank announced on the 25th that it has lowered the interest rates on apartment mortgage loans and jeonse loans by up to 0.64 percentage points.
According to K Bank, the refinancing loan interest rates range from 4.69% to 6.07% per annum, and loans for new purchase funds and living stabilization funds have been reduced by up to 0.35 percentage points, allowing loans at an annual rate of 4.7% to 6.07%.
For jeonse loans, the general jeonse loan rate was lowered by up to 0.24 percentage points, and the youth jeonse loan rate was reduced by up to 0.11 percentage points.
The general jeonse loan interest rate is around 4.66% to 6.08% per annum, while the youth jeonse loan interest rate ranges from 4.61% to 5.05% per annum.
