On Sunday the 22nd, the whole country will be mostly cloudy. There will be rain or snow from morning to night in northern Gyeonggi, the West Sea 5 Islands, northern Yeongseo in Gangwon, southern Jeonnam, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island.
In Seoul, Incheon, southwestern Gyeonggi, and central Yeongseo in Gangwon, light snow will fall from midday. Expected snowfall amounts are 2?7 cm in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, 1?3 cm in the West Sea 5 Islands, and less than 1 cm in the Seoul metropolitan area (excluding southeastern Gyeonggi) and central to northern Yeongseo in Gangwon.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5?20 mm in Jeju Island, less than 5 mm in southern Jeonnam, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and the West Sea 5 Islands, and less than 1 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area (excluding southeastern Gyeonggi) and central to northern Yeongseo in Gangwon.
The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between -10 and 0 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 1 and 8 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the morning temperature will drop to -3 degrees Celsius.
