View original image[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) launched the 'Management Innovation Promotion Team' on the 19th for sustainable management and held a kickoff meeting.
The Management Innovation Promotion Team is composed of internal members of various ranks from different fields and external experts from various sectors such as business, academia, and the legal profession, playing a role in discovering company-wide management innovation tasks.
The team will reflect the new government and the 8th local government policies to transform into a 100-year company loved by Gyeonggi residents by identifying detailed innovation tasks in four major areas: business innovation, management strategy, human rights and integrity, and organization and personnel, and finalize the innovation plan by the end of February.
In particular, the goal is to derive innovation plans that residents can experience and sustainable management by responding to external environmental changes such as the 8th local government policy projects, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's innovation guidelines, urban air mobility (UAM) based on 4th industrial technologies, building information modeling (BIM), and smart cities.
Kim Se-yong, GH President, stated, "We will prepare innovation measures that residents can feel, establish ourselves as a 100-year company loved by residents, and actively support the achievement of provincial policy goals."
