Seogwipo Fire Station Conducts 'CPR Training' for UNIS Employees
[Jeju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] The Seogwipo Fire Station of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (Chief Park Gwangchan) announced on the 17th that it conducted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training for about 10 employees of Unies Co., Ltd. at the Seogwipo Fire Station Fire Safety Experience Classroom on the 16th.
This training was organized to raise awareness of the importance of the golden time when a cardiac arrest patient occurs and to inform the initial emergency treatment process until the paramedics arrive.
Seogwipo Fire Station conducted cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for employees of Unies Co., Ltd. at the Fire Safety Experience Classroom on the 16th.

The training content included learning the reporting procedures and CPR methods when a patient occurs, how to use an automated external defibrillator, and practicing these skills hands-on.
Park Gwangchan, Chief of Seogwipo Fire Station, said, “If the golden time is observed, the survival rate and recovery rate after on-site treatment significantly increase. I hope that everyone remembers what they learned this time and saves the life of a colleague beside them in an emergency situation.”
