Come See the Snow-Covered Rooftop Garden of Sejong Government Complex
Continuous Operation Without Interruption During the Severe Cold Season from January to February
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] The Government Complex Management Headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 30th that it will continue to operate the rooftop garden at the Sejong Government Complex during the harsh winter months of January and February so that all citizens can enjoy the winter atmosphere.
Previously, the rooftop garden was closed during the cold months of January and February due to low visitor numbers caused by the cold and concerns about safety accidents such as falls. However, reflecting the public's desire to visit during winter, it was decided to open the snow-covered rooftop garden to the public.
This winter rooftop garden viewing will be held once every Saturday at 2 p.m., and starting from February next year, it will be operated in conjunction with the observatory on the 11th floor of the Central Building.
Meanwhile, for efficient operation, reservations for viewing are only possible through the Naver reservation system, which allows for headcount management, and on-site registration will not be available for the time being.
