"Enhancing Platform Competitiveness" SSG.com Signs Business Agreement with Ssangyong C&B
Opening of 'Ssangyong C&B Official Brand Store' in the First Half of Next Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] SSG.com is enhancing its platform competitiveness by partnering with major domestic and international manufacturers to sell exclusive planned products and promote joint marketing.
On the 29th, SSG.com announced on the 30th that it signed a Joint Business Partnership (JBP) agreement with lifestyle hygiene specialist Ssangyong C&B at its headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, strengthening partnership cooperation to expand sales.
Through this business partnership agreement, SSG.com and Ssangyong C&B will jointly establish sales targets. In particular, they will focus on ‘strategic categories’ such as essential daily items including tissue paper, diapers, wet wipes, and sanitary pads, conducting events to drive sales growth.
In addition to marketing areas such as joint promotion planning, the two companies will share key data and collaborate to strengthen product and brand competitiveness. Notably, in the first half of next year, they will open the ‘Ssangyong C&B Official Brand Hall,’ which highlights the identities of major brands such as ‘Codi,’ ‘Keepers,’ ‘Bepis,’ and ‘Onic.’ Starting next month, they will aim for sales growth centered on products purchased from Neo Center, SSG.com’s online-exclusive logistics center, expanding the range of SSG Delivery product categories while conducting joint brand promotions every month.
Furthermore, SSG.com plans to actively support diversified advertising operations to ensure Ssangyong C&B’s products are appropriately exposed within its platform. Discussions are also underway for exclusive planned products from Ssangyong C&B available only on SSG.com and early launches of new major brand products.
