[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Port Authority (BPA) conducted the second half regular safety inspection of port facilities at Busan Port from November 14 to December 23.
The targets of this regular safety inspection were a total of 250 locations, including 47 ship berthing facilities and 175 buildings managed by BPA.
During this regular safety inspection, BPA investigated and measured external damages, defects, and their causes of the facilities, and plans to take prompt and appropriate measures accordingly.
For dangerous facilities where inspectors' safety accidents were a concern, such as building exteriors, rooftops, and slopes, inspections were conducted with safety as the top priority, utilizing drones.

However, to prevent safety accidents of facility users, these will be reflected in next year's facility maintenance plan to ensure thorough prevention of safety accidents for facility users.”
