The Coastal Passenger Terminal used to have vehicles entering and exiting through the Customs Intersection, but since the site near the entrance was developed into a park, the entry and exit routes have been changed since November 7.
Currently, access to the Coastal Passenger Terminal is possible via the road next to Hyupsung Marina opposite Busan Station, located at the beginning of the redevelopment project area.
The purpose of this construction is to systematize the internal flow of the Coastal Passenger Terminal in accordance with the changed entry and exit routes, improving the convenience of movement for passenger vehicles and cargo transport vehicles using the terminal.
The flow of cargo vehicles and passenger vehicles will be separated, the existing deteriorated pavement will be improved, and a new CIQ parking lot will be created.
BPA stated that upon completion of the construction, the separation of vehicle flows and improvement of road facilities will create a safe dock environment and enhance convenience for terminal users.
