Sports marketing specialist company Wow Management Group announced on the 28th, "We have signed a management contract with Yoo Hyun-joo, who is active in various fields including the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) professional stage and broadcasting."
Yoo Hyun-joo boasts a tall height of 172cm and a solid physique. She debuted on the KLPGA Tour in 2012 and began full-scale activities on the first division tour from 2016. At the 2017 Kyochon Honey Ladies Open and the 2020 Phantom Classic, she ranked first in the first round, gaining explosive popularity by topping real-time search rankings.
Yoo Hyun-joo actively communicates with fans through social networking services (SNS). As her commercials and photo shoots became hot topics, products she used such as clothing, equipment, and accessories sold out completely. She is currently receiving love calls from numerous advertisers. This year, she balanced the KLPGA Dream (second division) Tour and SBS’s ‘Pyeonmeokgo Gongchiri’ as the main MC, crossing between the professional stage and broadcasting world.
Yoo Hyun-joo said, "I realized how much I really love golf and became more determined to show a better side as a golfer," adding, "I signed with a management company that can expand my influence." She continued, "Next year, I will focus as much as possible on training and the KLPGA Dream Tour to do my best to advance to the first division tour in the 2024 season." Yoo Hyun-joo will leave for training camp in Palm Springs, USA, on January 15.
