Honam University Operates Japanese Cuisine Cooking Technician Certification Class with Close Advisor Supervision
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Department of Food Service and Culinary Arts at Honam University announced on the 27th that it is operating a course for obtaining the Japanese Cuisine Cooking Technician certification through the Cheongchuleoram extracurricular program.
This course was led by Professor Lee Seungcheol of the Department of Food Service and Culinary Arts, with 15 enrolled students participating. It consisted of practical hands-on training for 8 hours a day over a total of 5 days.
The participating students will take the certification exam in January next year.
