HF Corporation was evaluated in this competition for actively listening to and empathizing with job seekers’ opinions, fundamentally innovating the recruitment system to resolve distrust in hiring, and actively implementing national tasks such as providing feedback on reasons for rejection.
An HF Corporation official said, “By fully disclosing recruitment information and providing detailed screening results, objections from unsuccessful applicants have disappeared, and the trust in recruitment has increased.”
