Sempio Launches High-Protein Noodles... Contains 100% of Daily Protein Needs in One Serving
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seohui] Sempio announced on the 26th that it has launched two types of 'high-protein noodles' containing the amount of protein needed for one meal.
Each serving (100g) of the newly released product contains 19g of protein. This is one-third of the daily nutritional standard of 55g. It allows for easy intake of the daily required amount of protein.
It is also characterized by maintaining the chewy texture like regular noodles. It complements the shortcomings of previously released protein noodles, making it suitable for all noodle dishes such as Janchi-guksu and Bibim-myeon. The vacuum aging noodle-making technique preserves the chewy texture of the noodles rather than the rough texture typical of protein.
