MFDS Announces Call for 7 Projects in 'Food and Drug Safety Technology R&D Program'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation announced on the 26th that it is recruiting lead research institutions for the '2023 Food and Drug Safety Technology Research and Development Project.'
The research projects open for application this time are seven new tasks promoted by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. ▲Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of immuno-oncology treatments using real-world data (RWD) ▲Establishment of a registry-based foundation for generating real-world evidence (RWE) ▲Development and application of safety prediction technologies for overlapping and combined intake of functional ingredients ▲Construction of a platform for developing and applying big data-based personalized appropriate intake evaluation technologies ▲Verification for the development of an organoid platform for toxicity evaluation ▲Development of evaluation technologies for vaccines treating intractable infectious diseases using mRNA structures and delivery systems ▲Development of digital development and evaluation tools for medical devices using computer modeling simulation.
