President-elect Kim stated, "We will significantly strengthen the development of elite youth sports and promote community sports activities," adding, "We will promptly address issues that can be resolved in the short term and create a roadmap to efficiently tackle mid- to long-term tasks, which we will vigorously pursue."
He continued, "We will secure a conference room that can accommodate executives of affiliated organizations to gather their opinions, and also secure offices for each sport to facilitate harmony among members," and said, "To enhance sports marketing, we will build a 'multipurpose gymnasium' to attract indoor sports training teams and establish a foundation that allows community sports enthusiasts to use it year-round. Additionally, we will fully support lesson fees through evaluations by sport."

Leading the second term of the Changnyeong Sports Council, President-elect Kim has served as the former president of the Volleyball Association, former vice president of the Changnyeong-gun Sports Council, president of the Changnyeong-gun Volunteer Fire Brigade Association, and cooperative vice president of the Changnyeong-gun Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
