Soldak Selected as a 'Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] SolDoc, a non-face-to-face medical consultation solution, announced on the 22nd that it has been selected as a '2023 Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company is a certification system for small and medium-sized enterprises with excellent working conditions operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor since 2016. In 2023, a total of 1,000 companies were selected.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor selects Youth-Friendly Small Giant Companies based on various criteria such as average wage, new hires, proportion of young workers, average length of service, and employment retention rate. Companies with a credit rating below B-, companies with industrial accident deaths, or companies involved in social controversies are excluded from selection.
Youth-Friendly Small Giant Companies receive various government-level benefits, including ▲provision of recruitment support services ▲preferential treatment in finance and tax audits ▲extra points in military service exception company evaluations ▲preferential rental of publicly owned shared property.
SolDoc also holds certifications as an 'Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise (Inno-Biz)' certified by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and as a 'Non-Face-to-Face Medical Specialized Company' certified by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, among other excellent company certifications selected by government and public institutions.
