Maison de Petit Four is a healthy bakery brand that sells only products made on the same day without chemical additives or preservatives. It is operated by Chef Yongbong Kim, a pastry chef who graduated from the Tokyo Baking School. Among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), it is a popular bakery destination known as a "bread pilgrimage" course, likened to a "holy pilgrimage" for visiting famous bakeries nationwide.
To commemorate this opening, Maison de Petit Four will offer three exclusive items at Maison Glad Jeju: Panettone, Pandoro, and Lemon Cake, along with the German traditional Christmas bread Stollen, available only during the Christmas season. The Panettone features a natural fermentation starter imported directly from Italy, delivering a deepening flavor over time. Pandoro, meaning "bread made of gold," is made using the traditional Italian method with a 36-hour fermentation process and is a star-shaped cake bread originating from the Verona region. The Lemon Cake, individually packaged for convenience, pairs well with coffee or tea. The German representative Christmas bread Stollen, made by aging semi-dried fruits and nuts in rum for one year, will be sold exclusively during the Christmas season throughout December.
Maison de Petit Four, located in the lobby on the first floor of Maison Glad Jeju, operates from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
