The newly published book is a sequel to 'Understanding ESG? An ESG Guide for Executives.' It covers the latest knowledge and practical know-how across the entire ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) ecosystem, including disclosure, reporting, evaluation, and certification. This is to cater not only to corporate practitioners responsible for ESG tasks but also to general readers seeking more in-depth content.
The book is composed of six chapters. Chapter 1, ESG Trends, covers domestic and international ESG trends and international sustainability disclosure standards; Chapter 2, Climate Change, discusses climate-related reporting trends and standards; Chapter 3, ESG Information Disclosure, Reporting, and Certification, includes international disclosure and reporting standards and ESG information certification; Chapter 4, Sustainable Finance, addresses sustainable finance and ESG bond and fund certification. Additionally, Chapter 5, ESG Evaluation, covers ESG best practices and domestic and international ESG evaluation indicators; finally, Chapter 6, ESG-related Accounting and Taxation, introduces practical accounting and tax issues related to ESG.
