View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Amid a national project to modernize military machine guns with the latest models, the first shipment ceremony of the K15 machine gun system was held on the morning of the 16th at the SNT Motiv headquarters in Busan.
On this day, SNT Motiv announced that it will replace the outdated K3 light machine gun with a new model for the first time in over 30 years. They also emphasized that the machine gun, which significantly improves accuracy, reliability, and operational convenience, aligns with global trends and will be supplied to our military.
With the K15 machine gun replacing all existing K3 machine guns, modernization of military power and enhancement of combat capability are anticipated. The company plans to not only supply domestically but also expand exports to widely promote the excellence of K-defense industry.
