Miryang-si Provides Information to 'Easily Understand Public Benefit Services'
If Online Is Difficult, Visit the Administrative Welfare Center for Verification
Great Help for Citizens in Welfare Blind Spots
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Wook] “These days, my income is not good, and many family members are sick. What kind of benefit services can my family receive from the government?”
On the 16th, Miryang City in Gyeongnam announced that it is providing ‘Bojo-geum 24,’ a customized service that allows users to check various public benefit services implemented by the government all at once.
Bojo-geum 24 is a service that lets users view a list of customized public benefit services based on region, age, gender, etc., at a glance with a simple authentication without separate membership registration.
It also provides information on the application institutions, contact points, and application methods for public benefit services, which is a great help to citizens in welfare blind spots.
The service can be accessed online through Government24 or the Government24 mobile app, and citizens who have difficulty using online services can visit the nearest administrative welfare center to receive customized guidance services.
Mayor Park Il-ho said, “Since Bojo-geum 24 allows convenient confirmation of customized public service benefits, we will do our best to promote and establish the service and continue to pursue administrative innovation that citizens can strongly feel.”
