Living Terrace is a 'home furnishing specialty hall' that gathers brands in the living, lifestyle, and home appliance categories that can enhance customers' lifestyle values in one place. It was created by renovating 2,074㎡ (approximately 630 pyeong) on the 3rd floor of Paju Premium Outlets. The area has been expanded by about 35% compared to before, and the shopping flow has been optimized so that customers can compare and purchase products at once. It is divided into five zones?imported furniture, mattresses, kitchen & tableware, bedding, and small home appliances?to expand category expertise. The shopping connectivity with comprehensive furniture brands such as Casamia and Illoom on the same floor has also been strengthened.
Living Terrace houses more than 30 specialized brands related to home furnishing tailored to customers' lifestyles. The imported furniture zone includes European design furniture brands Tolv, Sketch, and Marmo, as well as 'Link Place,' where imported lighting and Art Deco products can be found in a one-stop shop. The mattress zone has a dedicated space where customers can directly experience and purchase top domestic brands such as Tempur and Sealy. In the kitchenware & tableware zone, premium luxury cookware brands such as Zwilling, Le Creuset, Fissler, and WMF are available.
A 'Houseware' section has also been prepared where imported kitchen items such as Portmeirion, Cutipol, VBC Casa, and Vista Alegre can be viewed in one place. In the bedding zone, CozyNest and Editor Shop, which change the bedroom atmosphere seasonally, are located. Camera specialist brands like Canon and premium audio appliance brands such as Bose and Marshall are also showcased.
At the Paju Premium Outlets Living Terrace brands, an additional discount and gift event prepared by the brands themselves will be held until January 1st of next year to commemorate the opening.
