Hampyeong-gun Recruiting Participants for 'Customized Competency Training' to Foster Young Leaders
Recruitment Period from 15th to 30th... Selecting About 50 People
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong County has rolled up its sleeves to nurture young leaders who will lead the region's future.
According to the county on the 14th, participants for the 'Hampyeong County Youth Customized Competency Education' program to discover and nurture young leaders will be recruited from the 15th to the 30th of this month.
The recruitment fields are ▲Agriculture ▲Livestock ▲e-Commerce ▲Small-scale Startups ▲IT, totaling five fields.
The number of recruits is expected to be about 10 people per field, selecting a total of around 50 participants, and anyone interested in youth policies can participate.
Those wishing to participate can apply through the Hampyeong County website or the town and township offices.
Selected participants will receive customized education programs for each recruitment field from March to October next year.

A county official stated, “Before the education, we will conduct a needs survey to actively reflect the opinions of young people and provide a curriculum accordingly,” adding, “We hope for much interest and participation.”
