US Small Business Optimism Index at 91.9 in November... Improved from Previous Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] U.S. small businesses were more optimistic about the short-term economic outlook than the previous month.
On the 13th (local time), the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) reported that the small business optimism index for November rose 0.6 points to 91.9 from 91.3 in the previous month.
This level significantly exceeded the expert forecast of 90.4 compiled by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ). However, it has remained below the historical average of 98 for 11 consecutive months.
