Andaz Seoul Gangnam Launches Christmas Cake
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Hotel Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 13th that it will introduce three types of Christmas cakes. The three types?‘Christmas Strawberry Cake,’ ‘Snow Log Cake,’ and ‘Intense Chocolate Crown Cake’?can be purchased at the hotel's 1st floor Arts Lounge until the 31st of this month. Prices start from 68,000 KRW, and a reservation at least two days in advance is required.
This year’s Andaz Christmas cakes add visual enjoyment with warm colors and cute decorations hidden throughout.
In particular, the Christmas Strawberry Cake is made using sweet and tangy strawberry pur?e and yogurt, featuring the unique combination of both fresh cream cake and mousse cake.
The Snow Log Cake is made by spreading blackberry compote and chestnut cream on Swiss roll sponge, evoking the image of piled winter snow.
