Lotte Home Shopping Receives Presidential Award for Consumer-Centered Management in 2022

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 11th that it received the Presidential Citation at the ‘2022 Consumer-Centered Management (CCM)’ certification awards ceremony. The Consumer-Centered Management certification is a system that evaluates whether a company’s management activities and services are organized around consumers and continuously improved. It is overseen by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission.
The awards ceremony held on the 9th at Lotte Hotel Jamsil in Seoul was attended by Lee Wanshin, CEO of Lotte Homeshopping; Oh Gapryeol, Head of Customer Satisfaction at Lotte Homeshopping; Han Kijeong, Chairman of the Fair Trade Commission; and Jang Deokjin, Director of the Korea Consumer Agency, among other officials.
Lotte Homeshopping was recognized for its achievements in consumer-centered management activities and received the grand prize, the Presidential Citation. Key achievements include ▲ spreading CCM culture through promotion of consumer-centered management ▲ resolving consumer complaints and preventing recurrence through specialized consumer protection personnel ▲ purchasing and donating products related to consumer complaints ▲ providing CS consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises.
