Samsung Electronics President Noh Tae-moon Concurrently Serves as Head of Design Management Center
Notae Moon, President of Samsung Electronics' MX (Mobile Experience) Division, will concurrently serve as the head of the Design Management Center.
According to industry sources on the 9th, Samsung Electronics announced an organizational restructuring that includes this change. President Noh will lead the smartphone business as the head of the MX Division while also overseeing the Design Management Center. Kim Jin-su, the Vice President who previously led the Design Management Center, will take on the role of Deputy Head.
The Design Management Center is responsible for researching and developing Samsung Electronics' product designs. This personnel change is interpreted as an effort to further strengthen design competitiveness.
