Naver Cloud Targets Thailand's Digital Healthcare Market
‘Digital Healthcare Innovation Conference’ Held in Bangkok, Thailand
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver Cloud announced on the 8th that it jointly hosted the ‘Digital Healthcare Transformation Conference (DHTC) 2022’ in Bangkok, Thailand, together with KOTRA.
DHTC is part of a project supporting the overseas expansion of domestic small and medium ICT companies. The goal is to expand opportunities for domestic companies to enter the rapidly growing Thai digital healthcare market and to contribute to enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
The conference was held under the theme of ‘Digital Wellbeing.’ At this event, Naver Cloud focused on promoting its services through panel discussions and booth operations. A partnership consultation meeting was also organized for domestic participants to meet potential partners and customers in Thailand.
To strengthen collaboration in the smart healthcare sector, Naver Cloud signed agreements with the Thailand Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) and Thailand’s major local hospital, Rama 9 Hospital. With DEPA, the collaboration will include ▲ promoting cooperation to build networks between the governments and industries of both countries ▲ sharing know-how and expertise on project development, data management, cloud systems, and digital healthcare for smart cities ▲ developing cooperative programs such as providing testbeds for cross-demonstrations of smart city platforms or technologies ▲ discussing and negotiating possible business opportunities for mutual benefit. With Rama 9 Hospital, Naver Cloud will exchange knowledge and strategies related to smart healthcare technologies and collaborate on developing telemedicine services.
