Measures to improve the treatment of childcare staff include payment of treatment improvement fees, support for safe childcare helpers, and dispatch of substitute cooks. Additionally, support is provided for childcare center teaching materials and tools, heating costs, air purifier maintenance costs, and operation record devices for school buses, aiming to alleviate difficulties in childcare center operations due to low birth rates and to create a high-quality childcare environment.
