Naver Opens '2022 Year-End Review' Page
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Naver has unveiled the ‘2022 Year-End Review’ page on the 5th, featuring the most searched keywords of the year and various service data to mark the end of the year.
This year-end review page consists of ▲‘2022 One-Page Summary,’ which summarizes Naver users’ service activity data ▲‘Keywords Searched by Over One Million,’ where popular search terms can be explored ▲‘2022 Points Year-End Review,’ which allows users to check their Naver Pay points usage history ▲and ‘Year-End Book Collection,’ which gathers year-end event news by service in one place.
In the ‘2022 One-Page Summary,’ data on users’ activities on Naver throughout the year, such as shopping, points, news, and Places, are summarized and presented. Users can review their data, including the most shopped categories, average weekly news consumption, and favorite restaurants and cafes saved on Naver Maps, and compare it with national average data. The ‘Points Year-End Review’ lets users check their shopping habits from the Naver Pay points they earned this year to where they used them.
In ‘Keywords Searched by Over One Million,’ users can solve 10 quizzes based on keywords whose search volume increased by over one million compared to the same period last year, allowing them to check this year’s search trends. Notably, with the advent of the endemic phase this year, searches related to outdoor activities such as professional baseball opening, mask removal, and flight ticket reservations increased, while keywords related to MZ generation trends like MBTI, personal color, and weekly diary challenges also saw high search volumes.
