The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -12 and 2 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius. Seoul will drop to as low as -8 degrees Celsius.
There will be many clouds across the country, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Strong winds will blow mainly along the coasts, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
