According to the police, at around 7:50 PM on the 1st, Mr. A caused a disturbance at the Busanjin District Office building by shouting loudly, spraying a fire extinguisher from the third-floor railing toward the first floor, and threatening to jump.
Police who responded to the district office report installed an air mattress and took safety measures, then deployed a crisis negotiation officer to persuade Mr. A. About two hours after the incident, at around 9:45 PM, Mr. A voluntarily came down.
It is known that Mr. A, dissatisfied with the results of a civil complaint regarding road surface marking application, visited the district office in a drunken state and caused the disturbance.
