Gokseong-gun Gallery 107 Hosts Exhibition of Award-Winning Works from Gokseong Simcheong Hyo National Calligraphy Competition
Exhibition of 70 Works Including the Best Award-Winning Piece by Artist Lee Byungseop
[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Cha Jong-seon] From December 1 to 7, 2022, the Gokseong Simcheong Filial Piety National Calligraphy Exhibition will be held at Gallery 107 and four street galleries in Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do.
This Gokseong Simcheong Filial Piety National Calligraphy Exhibition was organized to inherit the Gokseong Simcheong filial piety culture and to discover artistic talents.
It is hosted by Gokseong Hyanggyo and sponsored by Gokseong-gun, Gokseong-gun Council, and Gokseong-gun Veterans Association.
The grand prize was awarded to artist Song Yu-geun.
In addition to the work by artist Lee Byung-seop, who received the excellence award, a total of 70 award-winning works including outstanding awards, encouragement awards, special selections, and selections will be exhibited.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at Gallery 107 at 2 p.m. on December 6.
Gallery 107 is located at 107-1 Jungang-ro, Gokseong-eup, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do.
During the exhibition period, it operates daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. without holidays, and admission is free.
