Performance Report Meeting with Related Organizations and Beneficiary Companies Held on the 24th

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju announced on the 23rd that it will hold the 2022 Small and Medium Business Specialized Field Support Project Performance Report Meeting on the 24th at the large conference room on the 2nd floor of the Gwangju Innobiz Center.
This event was prepared to inspire the pride of entrepreneurs by sharing and spreading excellent achievements made by small and medium-sized enterprises through customized support by field.
The performance report meeting will be held with about 30 participants including related organizations and beneficiary company officials, and will proceed with commendations for meritorious persons, explanations of major small and medium business support projects and promotion directions, presentations of achievements by support field, and listening to corporate difficulties and suggestions.
This year, Buk-gu supported 48 small and medium-sized enterprises in five specialized fields: design development, production of excellent technology prototypes, intellectual property rights acquisition, work safety and environmental improvement, and startup funds for prospective entrepreneurs, with 455 million KRW.
Accordingly, various corporate items will be shared and disseminated through performance presentations by specialized small and medium business support institutions such as the Gwangju Design Promotion Agency, Korea Invention Promotion Association, and Gwangju Economic Employment Promotion Agency.
Subsequently, through listening to corporate difficulties and suggestions conducted in a free discussion format, plans will be made to expand small and medium business support policies.
In addition, an exhibition introducing the performance products of beneficiary companies will be held at the gallery on the 1st floor of Buk-gu Office until the 25th.
Mayor Moon In said, “This year, entrepreneurs are going through a difficult time due to COVID-19 and the economic crisis,” and added, “We will prepare various support measures so that small and medium-sized enterprises can overcome these difficult times well.”
