[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 22nd that it has newly revamped its corporate internet banking and corporate smart banking to accelerate customer experience innovation and digital transformation.
This corporate digital channel revamp improved convenience by establishing customer experience innovation services from the user's perspective through surveys and interviews with customers, including ▲customized screen design by customer type ▲integrated notification function for major guidance ▲corporate asset management services. In addition, the digital business areas available to companies have been expanded in internet banking and smart banking to include ▲QR code mobile recurring overseas remittances ▲easy submission of foreign currency remittance supporting documents ▲overseas direct investment reporting ▲business card issuance ▲corporate non-face-to-face account opening (December).
Meanwhile, by building an integrated platform base, corporate customers can conveniently use services from other channels through member login linkage services such as ▲IBK BOX ▲i-ONE JOB ▲small business management support services. Furthermore, the foundation for corporate digital service innovation was established by providing zero-touch banking that allows work using voice recognition technology without touch, and digital OTP for simplifying authentication procedures.
Security has also been strengthened from the perspective of financial consumer protection. A function was added that allows the administrator, who is the master account holder, to set the banking usage time for users, and the approval function for transaction execution such as transfers was advanced to support strengthening internal fund control functions for small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby preventing financial accidents such as embezzlement.

Mobile gift certificates will be given to 20,000 customers including new and inactive customers who complete corporate internet banking login, and customers who subscribe to new services and products.
