The 2022 wage agreement, which began with the submission of the wage demand and request for practical negotiations by the ‘Namhae-gun Public Service Workers' Union’ on April 1st, was reached after nine rounds of negotiations including representative and practical negotiations.
The agreement includes ▲ a 1.4% increase in the basic salary for ‘Ga’ and ‘Na’ job groups ▲ a 1.8% increase in the basic salary for the ‘Da’ job group ▲ establishment of a long-service allowance for ‘Ga’ and ‘Na’ job groups ▲ and the transition of national and provincial public service workers within three years to the county-level seniority pay system.
