T'way Air Resumes Incheon~Chiang Mai Route
Resumption of Service After 2 Years and 10 Months
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] T'way Air announced on the 16th that it will resume flights on the Incheon?Chiang Mai route starting from the 28th of next month and will operate daily flights seven times a week. This marks the resumption of service after 2 years and 10 months of suspension due to the pandemic.
The Incheon?Chiang Mai route departs from Incheon Airport at 8:00 AM local time and arrives in Chiang Mai at 12:30 PM. The return flight departs Chiang Mai at 1:30 PM and arrives at Incheon Airport at 8:20 PM.
To celebrate the resumption of the Chiang Mai route, T'way Air is offering a ticket discount promotion on its website and mobile app/web from 10:00 AM today until the 30th of this month, lasting for two weeks.
One-way tickets start at a total price of 306,000 KRW per person. When booking round-trip tickets, entering the discount code ‘ICNCNX’ in the discount code field will apply an immediate 5% fare discount. The travel period is from December 28th this year to March 2nd next year. Additionally, until the end of this month, coupons offering up to 20,000 KRW additional discounts are available for payments made via KakaoPay or NH Nonghyup Card.
This Incheon?Chiang Mai route is the third Thai route to resume after Incheon?Bangkok and Daegu?Bangkok. Furthermore, T'way Air plans to resume the Incheon?Okinawa, Incheon?Vientiane, Incheon?Shenyang, and Gimpo?Taipei (Songshan) routes in December, and will also launch new routes such as Incheon?Sydney and Jeju?Taipei (Taoyuan), continuously increasing supply to strengthen competitiveness.
