Daegu Gyeongbuk Disabled Entrepreneurs Conference to be Held on the 19th... "Substantial Equal Opportunities in the Economic Sector"
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Koo Dae-sun] The "2022 Daegu·Gyeongbuk Disabled Entrepreneurs Conference," organized by the Korea Disabled Entrepreneurs Association Daegu·Gyeongbuk Branch and hosted by Daegu City and Gyeongbuk Province, will be held on the 19th at the Grand Hotel in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
Due to COVID-19, the Disabled Entrepreneurs Conference has not been held for some time, and this event is taking place for the first time in three years.
At this conference, Lee Dong-young, CEO of Gaia Wood, will receive the Daegu Mayor's Award, and two individuals, Park Seung-hwan, CEO of Taeneung Printing, and Jeon Seung-won, CEO of Jeongan Medicare, are expected to receive the Gyeongbuk Governor's Award.
Lee Kyung-sun, head of the Korea Disabled Entrepreneurs Association Daegu·Gyeongbuk Branch, said, "Despite difficult circumstances, the association has continuously worked to promote the growth of disabled enterprises and entrepreneurship among disabled people," adding, "We will continue to fulfill our role to realize substantive equal opportunities between disabled and non-disabled people in the economic sphere."
