Fire Insurance Association Distributes Fire Safety Posters and Magnetic Stickers
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] The Fire Insurance Association announced on the 10th that it will produce and distribute fire prevention posters and magnetic stickers free of charge in commemoration of November as Fire Prevention Emphasis Month.
This year, two types of posters were produced: "Fires Have No Forecast" and "Can You Find the Escape Route?"
The posters focus on preventing fires caused by carelessness and preventing casualties through regular fire evacuation drills. Magnetic stickers with the phrase "Wait! Did you turn off the gas? Did you unplug the electric heater?" were also produced and distributed.
Sagong Ram, Head of Planning and Public Relations at the Association, said, "The Association conducts fire prevention campaigns focusing on the winter season, when fire risks are high, every year to contribute to establishing a safety culture," and added, "This year as well, we plan to actively carry out fire prevention activities by distributing various fire prevention-related stickers, including posters, to stakeholders of special buildings nationwide."
