Gwangju Nambu Police Station Conducts Joint Training Including CPR
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] On the 8th, the Gwangju Nambu Police Station, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Firefighting Day, conducted joint firefighting training and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education with the Nambu Fire Station.
During the training, the police station personnel learned the action guidelines in case of fire, how to use fire extinguishers for initial fire suppression, and how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) to respond to emergency situations.
The staff had hands-on practice simulating real-life scenarios, which served as an opportunity to enhance their emergency response capabilities needed during on-site urgent situations.
